Complete the entry form and insurance waiver. Each participant, including children, must have separate entry form and signed insurance waiver.

Please print out and fill out each form. Enclose payment and mail.
Event packets(t-shirts & bibs) can be picked up the day of the event or at City Hall 9am to 5pm (6/4 to 6/13).

4. Event Day: (7:00am to 9:00am)
Go to the Registration Tent. Fee is higher when registering the day of the event.
